The progress achieved by HSAM is the result of the collaborative efforts of all staff members and users. We would like to express our gratitude to all partners for their long-term support and care. We would like to pay special tribute to the frontline brokerage community, whose continued commitment has been a key pillar of the platform's development. HSAM has always prioritized the interests of brokers. In addition to the regular welfare and compensation system, a special summer welfare program was implemented in July to ensure brokers' working conditions in high-temperature environments and to uphold the philosophy of “happy working.”
Core Principles of Welfare Procurement and Distribution
The preparation of summer welfare benefits is centered on “adaptability” and “efficiency,” with an implementation framework tailored to the geographical characteristics of broker distribution.
The procurement process adopts a “localized negotiation” mechanism, where regional managers and local brokers jointly determine the categories of welfare benefits, leveraging nearby offline procurement channels to complete preparations. Local partners are fully involved in the procurement and distribution processes, streamlining intermediate steps to enhance execution efficiency and ensure swift delivery of benefits.
Differentiated configuration is a key feature of the benefits system. Benefit categories are tailored to regional cultural traditions and lifestyle habits, such as substituting juice for alcoholic beverages in specific cultural regions. Additionally, tiered benefit arrangements are implemented based on broker rankings, with benefit value positively correlated to contribution levels to align with performance differences.
Quality control is integrated throughout the entire process. Regional managers and procurement personnel are required to maintain real-time communication, conducting comprehensive monitoring of food and related products from origin tracing, quality verification, to production date and shelf-life checks, ensuring the safety and suitability of the benefits.
Progress and Future Plans for Welfare Implementation
As of July 20, the current summer welfare benefits for brokers have been fully distributed. The next batch of benefits is being prepared following a similar process, continuing the principles of localized procurement and differentiated allocation.
The implementation of this welfare program has received support from all participants in the procurement and distribution processes. Special thanks are extended to the partners in this group who supported the initiative, whose contributions ensured the smooth operation of the welfare system.
HSAM consistently regards brokers as core partners and will continue to optimize the welfare system, refine the Hunter Coin incentive and rank promotion mechanisms, and create long-term value growth opportunities for brokers. Simultaneously, we look forward to continuing collaboration with all partners to drive the sustained development of the platform ecosystem.
